Welcome to EventLyst. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking tickets, or using any part of EventLyst, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

3. Ticket Purchases

Booking Process

All ticket purchases are final once payment is processed. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

Pricing

Prices are set by event organizers and displayed in euros (EUR). Additional fees may apply.

Payment

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Event Organizer Responsibilities

If you are an event organizer, you agree to:

  • •Provide accurate event information and images
  • •Honor all ticket sales made through the platform
  • •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • •Notify attendees promptly of any event changes or cancellations
  • •Wait for admin approval before creating events

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • ×Use the platform for illegal activities
  • ×Resell tickets for profit without authorization
  • ×Create fake events or misleading information
  • ×Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise security
  • ×Impersonate others or create multiple accounts fraudulently

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

Rescheduled Events: Tickets remain valid for rescheduled dates. Refunds available if you cannot attend.

User Cancellation: Generally non-refundable. Contact the organizer directly for exceptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on EventLyst, including logos, designs, and text, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Event organizers retain rights to their event content.

8. Limitation of Liability

EventLyst acts as a platform connecting organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for event quality, safety, or organizer actions. Use at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
